Thank you for participating in Community FC youth soccer programs. Please review our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are available for registration fees, less any non-refundable administrative costs, within the specific timelines outlined below.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Community FC.

Refund Timeline:

Before the Season Starts:

Refunds are available if requested before the first game of the season (minus costs as noted in this policy).

After the Season Starts:

No refunds will be issued after the first game of the season, regardless of participation.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please email cfcbraves@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Player's Name]".

Include the player's name, division, coach (if already rostered) and reason for the refund request.

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of approval.

Non-Refundable Items:

Certain costs such as uniform fees or processing fees are non-refundable.

Special Circumstances:

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case by case basis that will be reviewed and voted on by the CFC Board. Please reach out to discuss your situation.

Note: Community FC reserves the right to review and update this refund policy at any time. All participants will be notified of any changes in advance.
