Photo Use Policy

Photographs of activities involving players of Community FC are sometimes taken and published that may capture your child’s participation, directly or indirectly in activities. These photos may be published through our website, social media pages, news bulletins, billboards, advertisements, news media and television. By agreeing to participate in Community FC activities, you hereby consent in allowing the publishing and sharing of your child’s image to any and all of these platforms. By signing this form, you acknowledge and consent to the reproduction and publication of my child’s photograph(s).

I hereby grant permission to Community FC to use my child(ren) image on its web site and all social media pages without further consideration. I understand that no names will be used on the web site unless specific permission, in written form, is given to an appropriate staff member.

I understand that once any image is posted to Community FC web site, and all social medias the image can be downloaded by any computer user around the world. I hereby attest that I am the legal parent/guardian of the child(ren) I am registering. This consent is effective until such time as I revoke it in writing and provide a copy of the revocation to Community FC.
